Originally called Project Montage. The first lines were written around August 2nd, 2003. The first version, 0.01 alpha was released on December 13th 2003 by ChillzTech.com. The name was officially changed to HiveLife.com, and purchased on December 27th 2003.

HiveLife's goal is to be the premiere online community. Where members can chat, comment, blog, explore and live. It's our goal to link lives and souls. We set out to fill voids. HiveLife.com wants to be the grounds where relationships are formed that would not have formed otherwised. We want to offer a friendly, safe and comfortable atmosphere for users to share ideas and thoughts. We want to link souls and offer them room to grow and communicate.
