Zeek, a smart logistics company, is launching ZeekStore, a one-stop commerce platform for F&B and retail businesses, to alleviate Covid-19 regulation fallout.

Zeek, a Hong Kong-based smart logistics platform company, is launching an innovative one-stop commerce platform called ZeekStore. This online marketplace, which will connect restaurants and quick commerce businesses with customers, will hopefully bridge the gap of business lost with renewed Covid-19 regulations regarding the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry. Due to the dine-in ban in Hong Kong continuing through Chinese New Year, when business often peaks, retail businesses and restaurants are facing a challenge, but Zeek is hoping to provide a solution. Companies can rapidly create an online ordering platform at a low cost. In addition, Zeek already has a territory-wide delivery network to expedite this process and have customers enjoying food and other products quickly in the comfort of their homes.

Zeek is demonstrating how businesses can gain opportunities from the pandemic. It is no surprise that food delivery companies have experienced a boom during the Covid-19 pandemic, and Zeek, with its existing network of delivery drivers, is joining the pack in Hong Kong.

CEO of Zeek, KK Chiu, described the situation, “We believe that we can turn the pandemic challenges into opportunities. Our one-stop quick commerce platform, ZeekStore, enables small and medium companies to quickly transform into quick commerce platforms while citizens benefit from greater convenience. Zeek is standing shoulder to shoulder with Hong Kong people in this pandemic fight.”

Zeek will offer exclusive promotions to promote comfort and convenience as mobility in Hong Kong is restricted due to the pandemic. The online one-stop quick commerce platform, ZeekStore, will offer groceries and an array of cuisines to users’ doors.

Some of the businesses already on ZeekStore include Delifrance, Outback Steakhouse, The Night Market, Dan Ryan’s, and UNY/APITA, among others, who will take orders via their branded sites.

In the meantime, ZeekSolutions, one of Zeek’s proprietary products, will offer an integrated business solution to F&B and retail businesses. For example, Zeek will enable the speedy setting-up of an online platform, smart logistics services, and data analytics. Furthermore, companies that take advantage of ZeekSolutions can leverage their customer data to curate specific and strategic marketing promotions in a cost-effective way.
