Hyatt is set to open their first Andaz hotel in Thailand’s One Bangkok development in the city’s central business district. 

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is entering a management agreement with One Bangkok Co., Ltd. bringing the luxury chain’s Andaz brand to Bangkok’s central business district.

Andaz One Bangkok will host 244 rooms and is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2023, making it one of the first projects to open in the One Bangkok development.

The largest integrated development in the Thai capital’s central business district, One Bangkok is set to be fully complete in 2026,. This includes five Grade A office towers, four retail precincts, four luxury hotels, three residential towers, and additional art and cultural spaces.

Hyatt’s new Andaz location is found at the corner of Wireless Road and Rama IV Road, overlooking Lumphini Park. Venues to enjoy the view include dining spots such as The Andaz Tavern and Lounge, and a rooftop restaurant and bar.

There are currently 24 Andaz hotels operated by Hyatt around the world, which describes the brand as “global in scale while local in perspective.”
