Famed LA sandwich chain Eggslut is coming to Hong Kong in June 2023 with a grand opening in Fashion Walk, Causeway Bay.
Bringing “breakfast all day, every day” to Hong Kong, chef-driven, gourmet food concept turned global sandwich chain, Eggslut, will be opening the doors of its first location in the city in Fashion Walk, Causeway Bay. From mid-June, 2023, local brunch enthusiasts and egg lovers will be able to enjoy fluffy brioche breakfast sandwiches to a whole other scrumptious level.
Inspired by a true love for eggs, Eggslut’s menu features delectable sandwiches fusing comfort food classics with a modern twist. Aiming to make breakfast food appetising for all day enjoyment, the popular chain kicked off with sandwiches to offer a wide variety of tasty and unique dishes that appeal to all- from traditional egg lovers to foodies and adventurous eaters looking for something new and exciting.
Founded in 2011 by Filipino-American chef Alvin Cailan, Eggslut originally started out as a food truck serving the streets of Los Angeles, launching its flagship location two years later at Los Angeles Grand Central Market, and has now grown to become a favourite worldwide food chain. The restaurant’s grand opening in Hong Kong will join locations in major cities across the world, including Singapore, Tokyo, South Korea, and London.
