This holiday, the restaurant will present an extravagant springtime course, that begins with a trio of raw dishes, the refreshing sea bass Ceviche Clasico, Tuna and Watermelon Tartare, and Salmon Causa. Moving to a platter of hearty and flavoursome dishes, guests can choose between the roasted spring chicken Arroz con or more enriching flavours of the grilled salmon Pescado en Salsa de Mariscos.
