Pirata Group’s Tempo Tempo launches a new lunch and cocktail menu at their fresh Mediterranean al fresco terrace space in Taikoo Place.
Situated at Pirata Group‘s latest dining concept The Sixteenth at Taikoo Place, Tempo Tempo is one of Hong Kong’s largest outdoor terrace bars which has just launched a delightful multi-course weekday lunch and seasonal cocktail menu. Visit the colourful outdoor space to enjoy good Mediterranean vibes, fine wines, well-crafted cocktails, spirits, canapes, and now their tasty lunch offerings.
An open space with capacity to host reservations for parties from 10 to 250 guests, Tempo Tempo’s verdant garden is spotted with colourful lemon trees, bird baths, terracotta jars, and bright umbrellas, making for a scenic and Instagram-worthy al fresco dining experience.
Offering a 2 or 3 course lunch menu from 12-3pm Monday to Friday, guests will be able to select from a choice of Truffle Tuscan Salad combined with baby gem lettuce, black truffle paste, and pecorino, Prosciutto e Melone with 24 months Parma ham, Italian melon, and rocket classic, Vitello Tonnato, or the Burrata Classica with Sicilian tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil for their antipasti.
Featured mains include the Linguine Vongole with Manila clams, Vesuvio Alla Bolognese, Chicken Arrosto with grilled marinated vegetables, and grilled Yellowfin tuna steak with sweet and sour onions, peppers and pistachio; amongst others. A premium Homemade Tagliolini Al Tartufo with fresh shaved truffle on top or Wagyu beef striploin with rocket and shaves of Parmigiano Reggiano will also be available.
For dessert, enjoy a refreshing Lemon Sorbet with Amalfi lemon curd and crumble or creamy Pistachio Panna Cotta with raspberry ice-cream, made with Sicilian pistachios.
Introducing new flamboyant cocktails to their drinks menu, bar manager Frankie Fong has designed nine signature Apertiki cocktails layering spirits with complex proprietary blends of spice-driven syrups and fruit juices.
Some of these photogenic craft cocktails include the Unicorn Tamer, a gin-based cocktail mixed with different fruity aperitives, homemade strawberry and lemon cordial, topped with marshmallows for a cloud-like crown, the Salted Honey Old Fashioned, the Italian 75, and the Mermaid Punch, a sharing cocktail served in a conch shell filled with aged rum, apricot, peaches, and spices.
Happy hour specials will be available from 3-7:30pm Monday to Friday, and exclusively on Thursdays, Tempo Tempo will host “Pink Thursdays” where a limited time selection of pink cocktails including a Strawberry Mojito and Pink Tommy’s Margarita will be available. Guests will also be able to enjoy a complimentary double size upgrade of AIX Rosé bottles on Pink Thursdays.
