The Singapore Cocktail Festival returns for a 17-day event from the 5th to 21st of May, 2023, introducing its biggest ever Festival Village at Singapore’s Bayfront Event Space. 

Asia’s highly anticipated cocktail event is back in 2023 for its 9th edition. The Singapore Cocktail Festival‘s Festival Village will be hosted at the city’s iconic Bayfront Event Space from the 5th to 7th of May, followed by a city-wide takeover until the 21st of May.

Leading bars from across the world will be introducing limited edition #SGCF2023 cocktails inspired by this year’s theme – “Shaking Up New Possibilities,” welcoming participants to showcase their vision of the future of cocktails.

Set against Singapore’s city skyline, the Festival Village will feature nearly 100 cocktails, all priced at SG$15. Bacardi, Beam Suntory‘s Roku Gin, Edrington‘s Naked Malt, Malfy, Hendrick’s Gin, Monkey Shoulder, and other global brands will host pop-ups whilst the world’s best bartenders from an award-winning bar lineup including Taipei’s Indulge Experimental Bistro, Sydney’s Maybe Sammy, Penicillin from Hong Kong, The Bar at The House on Sathorn from Bangkok, Manila’s ReCraft, and Sidecar from New Delhi will be in attendance.

An Artisanal Spirits showcase will welcome guests to discover over 30 visiting craft spirit brands from across the globe and a delectable Food Street will feature pop-ups from leading restaurants Employees Only, Esquina, Ms. Maria & Mr. Singh, and many more.

The Festival Village will also be accompanied by live entertainment for an all-rounded enjoyable event experience.

45 of Singapore’s best bars will be “Shaking Up New Possibilities” with innovative craft mixes for the City Takeover of the Singapore Cocktail Festival. Savour thematic cocktails from participating bars, available at exclusive prices with the purchase of City Takeover wristbands. The event’s spirited calendar includes Singapore-based headliner bars Analogue, Manhattan, Origin Bar, Republic Bar, Stay Gold Flamingo, and The Elephant Room.

The exciting lineup will also include bar crawls, cocktail brunches, and unique workshop experiences.
