The Cakery Introduces New Mother's Day Cakes

Celebrate Mother’s Day this year with The Cakery, Hong Kong’s first health-conscious bakery, with new festive cakes.

This Mother’s Day, treat your loved ones to a delectable, guilt-free, and nutrient-rich cake from The Cakery as the vegan bakery launches a special cake line for the occasion.

Introducing boutique cake designs celebrating all loving mothers, The Cakery’s latest creations are available from April 24 to May 14, 2023, and are sure to put a smile on their faces.

The Bloom of Love cake, available in 6” or 8”, is a mango pomelo sago flavour inspired by the classic Hong Kong dessert. Using the finest and freshest ingredients this season, the 3 tier chiffon cake is layered with refreshingly tangy mango, pomelo, and sago coconut cream. Each cake is daintily decorated with delicate chocolate flowers creating an elegant finish.

The Cakery’s show-stopping My Queen crown cake, available in 6”, is a sumptuous chiffon cake sitting in the middle of a chocolate crown regally ornamented with edible pearls. The stunning cake is finished off with a white chocolate ganache that is elegantly piped to resemble rose petals. Customise the cake flavour according to your mother’s taste by selecting from 8 different cake bases, including “Foxy Brown,” featuring an organic dark chocolate, and the new “Pandan Paradise,” flavour, a delectable vegan pandan cake base filled with rich pandan jam and mochi.

Joining the Mother’s Day selection are The Cakery’s newly-launched signature cake collection including a keto-friendly Yuzu Keto cake, nostalgic Blueberry Lemon or Orange Marmalade bundt cakes, and many more.
