New Mediterranean Restaurant Breeze Bistro Opens in Kennedy Town

From stunning views to scrumptious Mediterranean flavours, a new dining concept, Breeze Bistro, located by the seaside in Kennedy Town has opened its doors to the public.

Breeze Bistro, a new Mediterranean dining concept opens its flagship restaurant this July, located on Kennedy Town‘s Waterfront Promenade. The all-day eatery is bringing refreshingly delicious tastes combined with phenomenal views of the harbourside. Situated ideally away from the hustle and bustle of the city life, the spot offers a welcoming haven to dine and unwind with friends, family- and even those with pets can fully enjoy the friendly atmosphere while tasting the new bistro’s crave-worthy food and drinks.

Championing the culinary essence of traditional Mediterranean cuisine, the diner is committed to incorporating premium and fresh ingredients to deliver diverse spices and flavours in their dishes, while ensuring they provide customers with an accessible and affordable dining concept.

The eatery’s Mediterranean-influenced menu is thoughtfully curated by Head Chef Chris Gill, bringing over 15 years of culinary experience to the menu, which takes inspiration from the Mediterranean diet, both healthy and delicious, imbued with many vibrant flavours, serving a wide range of dishes to suit all palates.

For appetisers, try their signature Sicilian Caponata, an authentic rustic Sicilian dish that incorporates chopped eggplant, tomatoes, and other fresh ingredients, served with a side of toasted bread. Their Lobster Linguine is another must-have, featuring succulent chunks of sweet Maine lobster tossed with fresh herb pasta.

Channelling the breezy spirit of its Mediterranean influences, the restaurant offers a light and leisurely dining experience, with its impressive convivial bar and open-air seating space.
