Hong Kong-founded Web3 startup DTTD launches their NFT mobile wallet at One Bupa’s Healthcare 3.0 Concept Hub.

Pronounced “Dotted,” Hong Kong-based Web3 startup DTTD has launched the world’s first NFT mobile wallet at One Bupa‘s Healthcare 3.0 Concept Hub on the 27th of September, 2022.

Innovating alongside the rise of NFTs and blockchain technology, the Animoca Brands-backed company aims to make Web3 accessible to all.

Designed to make management of digital assets easy through a smartphone, the DTTD app provides a custodial wallet for users to store their NFTs, also allowing them to connect with existing MetaMask wallets. App users will be able to share their collections, access the latest NFT news, and communicate through an in-app chat function.

The app supports multiple blockchains, including Ethereum and Polygon, which covers 97% of the entire NFT sector, including games, collectibles, and marketplaces.

Bosco Lin, the Co-Founder and CEO of DTTD shared, “Our mission is to onboard the next billion users onto Web3 using an interface people already know. We believe NFTs represent the third phase of crypto’s evolution but the current ecosystem is too fragmented and complex. A simple and beautiful interface through your phone is required to enable the growth and usage of Web3. As a locally- grown Hong Kong firm, we are excited to partner with events, such as the Healthcare 3.0 Concept Hub, and be the first step to many of these attendees’ journey into Web3.”

DTTD also presents a unique opportunity for businesses, allowing them to mint and distribute their own NFTs to clients without crypto transactions.

According to McKinsey & Company, Web3 is estimated to be valued at US$5 trillion, reaching 5 billion users by 2030. One main obstacle to this target is that each blockchain operates on a separate infrastructure, often requiring separate wallets and software to be used, as well as separate tools and services often optimised for desktops. DTTD was founded to help simplify the process and to drive mass adoption.

“While the idea of using NFTs and Web3 is exciting, organizations often struggle in the practicality of where to start,” commented Dr. Yvonne Leung, the Director of Customer Transformation & Growth at Bupa Hong Kong, the strategic partner for the Healthcare 3.0 Concept Hub, “The goal of the event is to educate how technology is changing healthcare and making it more easily accessible. I believe DTTD embodies that same ethos for Web3 to simplify what was previously a complex journey.”

As the Healthcare 3.0 Concept Hub’s official NFT partner, DTTD will be minting personalised NFTs to the Polygon blockchain for the first 2,000 attendees of the event.
