Leading AgriTech company GREENFEED Vietnam expands their reach by confirming two major deals with France’s LeBoucher and global tech firm, NTT Corporation.

Leading agriculture-based company in Vietnam, GREENFEED, has confirmed two significant deals with French poultry brand, LeBoucher, and global tech solutions provider, NTT Corporation, diversifying the AgriTech firm’s portfolio and marking the success of their expansion efforts.

Founded in 2003 GREENFEED runs an “integrated food chain Feed – Farm – Food,” aiming to innovate and inspire sustainable values with their brands, partners, consumers, and the community. The company has multiple established animal feed brands, as well as food brands, including G Kitchen, MAMACHOICE, and G•LALA, now adding LeBoucher to their portfolio.

The company officially completed the acquisition and trademark of LeBoucher in March this year, a subsidiary of Alain Glon Holding PTE. LTD (AGH) in Vietnam. This will enable GREENFEED to add a chicken chain to their “from farm-to-table” product ecosystem.

“Over the past 19 years, we have worked hard to improve our products and expand our reach. Starting the journey as an animal feed manufacturer, we now have deep expertise and a diversified business portfolio in various sectors such as feed, farm, food, technology, and so on. With the two latest deals, we want to take what we are really good at to the next level in order to innovate and create even more value for our customers and the society,” commented a GREENFEED representative.

“We believe GREENFEED will enhance the brand even further based on the commitment to quality that we set out, and LeBoucher will reach further to many more consumers,” added Glon Benoit Alain, the Managing Director of AGH.

The joint venture, NTT Global Data Center HCMC1 Limited Liability Company (HCMC1), has been established to develop a data centre in Ho Chi Minh City, bringing their tech solutions right to the largest city of the country.

“Partnering with the world’s leading telecommunications carrier and data centre service provider is our great honour to provide ICT service excellence and benefits of a world-class data centre to Vietnamese clients in which there is remarkable growth in demands for digital services and infrastructure,” said Ngo Truong Da, the President of QD. TEK.
