Contemporary gastrobar Room 3, located at H Zentre in Tsim Sha Tsui, has introduced a fresh and exciting cocktail menu inspired by Hong Kong’s culinary heritage. The new collection, called “Ode to Hong Kong Hedonistic Pleasures,” features four unique creations crafted by the bar’s in-house mixology team. These delightful libations can be enjoyed in the three interconnected spaces of the modern speakeasy known as “Room San.”

To complement the cocktails, Room 3 offers an array of Japanese tapas and appetisers.

The yakitori selection includes a variety of chicken options, while other choices range from grilled cheese fish cake to Japanese sweet potato croquette. Tempura lovers will enjoy crispy delights such as sweet potato, pumpkin, lotus root, and tiger prawn. The menu also features tossed udon with crab and tempting desserts like grilled pineapple and Mizu Shingen Mochi.

The interior of Room 3 is designed to create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Divided into three themed spaces, the venue features elements inspired by nature, including bamboo motifs and warm tones. The Akasaka Room offers a lively atmosphere with a statement bar, while the Ginza Room provides a more intimate setting with curved tables and a striking chandelier. The Roppongi Room offers a cosy ambiance reminiscent of a picnic under the trees.

For a complete dining experience, guests can visit Kappou Mu, Room 3’s sister restaurant, which serves traditional omakase-style kappou cuisine. Both establishments are managed by hospitality company Dining Art Group.
