All you need is a mat, some space, and a lot of patience. Feeling daunted by the sheer number of videos? Not to worry – their Youtube channel tags their videos by levels, with “1” being beginning.

You’ll be doing a lot of pull-ups, pushups, dips and squats which are the foundations of callisthenics before you progress to the more impressive moves. Keep at it though and you’ll be sure to see slow but sure progress.
