Callisthenics: OfficialBarstarzz

If you’re up for a high-intensity strength-based challenge, you should check out OfficialBarstarzz, a Youtube channel that walks you through the fundamentals of using your body weight to build strength. You’ll be doing a lot of pull-ups, pushups, dips and squats which are the foundations of callisthenics before you progress to the more impressive moves. Keep at it though and you’ll be sure to see slow but sure progress.
