Roar into the Year of the Tiger with a new vibrant festive menu from PAZTA’s chic location in Tai Kwun.

Tai Kwun‘s popular Italian dining spot, PAZTA, has launched a new special menu to honour the Year of the Tiger. An exciting four-course feast with auspicious dishes bringing good luck, prosperity, and happiness is now available. An Italian take on Chinese traditions and customs, celebrate the new year with “The Tiger Menu.”

The Chinese word for “prawn” resembles laughter, symbolising joy and making it a Chinese New Year menu staple. To honour this tradition, PAZTA has sourced Mediterranean tiger prawns from the Mediterranean sea and created a series of dishes which highlight this sweet and meaty crustacean, prepared and cooked with old classic recipes from the coasts of its origin like Cinqueterre, Cetara, Amalfi, Palermo and Cagliari.
