Singapore-based leading indoor vertical farming company, Sustenir Group, appoints Jack Moy new Chief Executive Officer.
Singapore‘s Sustenir Group is a transformative indoor vertical farming leader that uses Controlled Environment Agriculture to grow 100% clean superfoods such as Kinky Kale and Spectacular Spinach. The agricultural technology (AgriTech) firm announced Jack Moy has been appointed their new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), succeeding Co-founder and previous CEO Benjamin Swan on the 1st of December, 2021. Benjamin will continue to play an important role on Sustenir’s Board of Directors.
By growing the freshest, most nutritious produce, Sustenir enables urban consumers to eat better quality leafy greens all-year round regardless of climate and external pollutants. Through their smart vertical farm technology, their 100% clean produce is accessible to any urban population, working to minimise carbon footprint and maximise impact.
Jack began his career at Sustenir in 2017 as their Head of Sales, securing his instrumental role in the company’s growth through strategic partnerships and operational excellence. In his new role, Jack will continue to lead Sustenir’s transformation from a high-tech indoor grower to a mainstream consumer brand in Asia. Through investments in local farms (no further than one hour from city centres), the AgriTech firm has achieved exponential production growth as well as reinforced local food networks.
“Having worked closely with our Founders to transform the business into a high value technology-led consumer brand, I am grateful to be able to lead Sustenir’s future ambitions,” said Jack. “Increasingly, as consumers demand healthier, fresher options in their cities, Sustenir is well positioned to provide deliciously nutritious and 100% clean produce through our advanced technology and processes. We look forward to deepening our presence in existing markets, expanding to more cities across Asia, and providing the freshest superfoods so consumers can not only eat better but live longer and better.”

On behalf of our Board of Directors, I want to thank Benjamin for his remarkable dedication to Sustenir and for the strong legacy left to his successor.”
Before working at Sustenir, Jack held a position at Unilever, unlocking new revenue streams and innovating with performance-challenged business units. As Sustenir’s new CEO, Jack will continue to grow the company’s positive impact on urban circular economies.
