Time to get your workout clothes out as the Hive Co-Working Space will host their very first wellbeing fair. In addition to vendors to stock up on your healthy living needs, yoga classes are held throughout the day.
Get ready to zen with yoga as well as discover health and wellness vendors to stock up on your healthy living needs on 11th November. The Hive Co-Working Space will host their first wellness retreat with Hong Kong’s mindfulness and wellbeing community including Miss Runner, Goji Studios, H Balance, and Adriana Yoga.
In a bustling environment where it’s constantly chaotic, it is easy to lose sight of our wellbeing. We are often faced with the dilemma of working out or getting extra hours of sleep. Despite however busy we are with meetings, errands, pitches, and generally tough work, it is imperative that we take the time to look after our bodies and our minds so that we’re always at our best.
For those who are just starting out, The Wellness Retreat is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in a community of like-minded and motivated people who are sincere about living healthier. However, for those of us who already have a footing within the world of healthy lifestyles and feel-good routines, we can expect a deeper understanding and strengthened awareness of wellbeing while developing bonds with the new and lively members of the community.
In addition to pop-up booths and free welcome packs provided by all organisers, there will also be 4 classes focusing on Pilates conducted by H Balance, Vinyasa by Adriana Yoga, Hatha by Natalie Hiong, and the more adventurous Hip Hop Yoga also hosted by Natalie Hiong.
Classes are limited to 10 spaces which starts at 2pm in the afternoon until 6:30pm. Yoga classes will be held on the terrace area of the Hive Wan Chai whereas pop-up stores and mindful crafting will be situated within the interior space.
There are two types of entries available; basic entries which are only attainable via sign up and the exclusive yoga pass which includes one class in the package for HKD$100. Bear in mind that yoga spots are limited so it is best to book early for a higher chance of reserving your space.
